1. Your space is NOT booked until a staff member contacts you to confirm the dates.
2. The renter filling out this form MUST be present during the one time events. For ongoing rentals, other designated adults can be approved
3. Lighthouse Community Church is primarily a ministry center; as such, events must not conflict with the scheduled ministries of Lighthouse. Reoccurring rentals are subject to change based on the needs of Lighthouse. In the event of a funeral, we reserve the option to move your event to a different room/space or cancel your event altogether.
4. No church-owned furnishings or equipment may be removed from the building. Movement of furniture, such as lobby couches, must be approved.
5. Rooms must be returned to the original set up at the close of your event.
7. Church owned decorations may not be moved or used without permission. No tacks or nails may be used to hang items, tape may not be used on painted surfaces. All decorations (including posters) brought for the event must be removed immediately after the event ends.
8. Kitchen items are owned by Lighthouse. If use of re-usable items is requested, all items must be washed and returned to their designated storage spot at the end of your event. You must provide your own disposable items, including plates, napkins, tableware, etc. No disposable items may be left at the church.
9. All food must be removed immediately following the event, including items in the refrigerator and/or freezer.
